How Our Courier Service Works
Using our courier calculator, you can easily request a quote and book your transport right away. Simply enter the pickup and delivery addresses and select the preferred vehicle. Based on this information, we instantly calculate the price for you.
You immediately see the price including and excluding VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises afterwards.*
After that, you choose the preferred date and time of execution. We then ask for a few additional details for the invoice, after which you will be redirected to the payment screen.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. This lets you know that your order has been scheduled and that we are processing your shipment.

Yes, your shipment is covered by our liability insurance. In the event of damage, you will need to prove that it occurred while under our responsibility. For high-value shipments, we offer optional all-risk insurance. Please note that consequential loss and the loss of money or documents are excluded.
