How Our Courier Service Works
You can easily request a quote and book your shipment right away using our shipping calculator. Enter the pickup and delivery addresses and select your preferred vehicle. Based on that, we’ll calculate the price right away.
You will immediately see the rate including and excluding VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden costs or surprises later on.*
Next, select your preferred date and time for collection and delivery. We will then ask for a few details required for invoicing before directing you to the payment screen.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirms that your booking has been scheduled and that we are preparing your shipment.

Is my shipment insured?
Yes, your shipment is insured under our liability insurance. In the event of damage, you must prove that it occurred while under our care. For valuable shipments, we offer supplemental all-risk insurance; consequential damages and loss of money or documents are excluded.
How long does it take for the courier to arrive after I place an order?
On average, the courier arrives within 45 minutes of placing the order, depending on traffic conditions.
Can I ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship from the Netherlands to virtually any destination within the EU.
