How Our Courier Service Works
Using our courier calculator, you can easily request a quote and book your transport immediately. Simply enter the collection address and delivery address, then select the desired vehicle. Based on this information, we instantly calculate the price.
You will immediately see the rate including and excluding VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden costs or surprises later on.*
Next, select your preferred date and time for collection and delivery. We will then ask for a few details required for invoicing before directing you to the payment screen.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirms that your booking has been scheduled and that we are preparing your shipment.

After the shipment is registered, a courier is scheduled to pick up the package and deliver it directly to the recipient. This allows many packages to be delivered the same day.

In the event of damage, you must provide evidence that the damage occurred while the shipment was in our care and under our responsibility. For valuable shipments, we offer optional all-risk insurance. Please note that consequential damages and the loss of money or documents are not covered under this insurance.
How quickly will the courier arrive after placing an order?
On average, the courier will arrive within 45 minutes of your booking, subject to traffic conditions and location.
