Question: Can I send more than 1 item?
Answer: Yes. By selecting the vehicle you need, you can use the entire loadingspace. Remember not to go over thee sizes and weigth indicated at the choose-vehicle-button.

Question: How are my goods insured?
Answer: We have a liability insurance for that. To make sure any paymant can be made by the insurer, you must hand over the evidence that the damage is caused while the shipment was under our reesponsibility. If the goods are of a large value, we can offer an additional all-risk insurance. Be advised that consequential damage and the loss of money and official documents is never compensated.

Question: What is consequential damage?
Answer:  Consequential damage is damage caused due to a previous damage. If, for example, your goods contains, let say, clothing, we call this damage. If you have to by new clothing because you need them for a trip, that is calles consequential damage.

Question: Can I send every type of goods?
Answer:  No. We do not transport: living animals, valuables like expensive watches, dangerous goods and forbidden goods like weapons. If your goods need to be accompanied by specified declarations or other papers, you are obligated to deliver them with the goods.

Question: How about heavy goods?
Answer: We can do that as long as the weigth does not exceed the indicated weigth that comes with the vehicle of your choice.
Please be advised that our drivers are allowed to manually lift goods up to 23kg. Anything heavier must be on a pallet or other carrier and be loaded and unloaded with assistance of the location. Our vehicles do not have tailboards and/or palletmovers.

Question: Within what time does the courier arrive after ordering?
Answer: We calculate with an average response time of 45 minutes. That is without any delays due to traffic situations.

Question: Can I ship to every place in every country?
Answer: All our tours start in the Netherlands to every place in the EU. For locations that are not accessible by road or with any toll, we contact you with the options. Please keep in mind that these situations come at extra costs.

Question: Can I get my money back if your are too late at the delivery address?
Answer: No. First of all there are no guarantees in logistics. That why our service is on best-effort and not a result-based service. We give an estimated time of arrival. Due to different causes like congestion at the loading address or traffic circumstances, more time than expected can be needed.

Question: Why is there a surcharge if I use Paypal?
Answer: Paypal charges us with a significant fee. We want our customers to pay for what they need, so we choose to charge the use of Paypal instead of dilute it in everyone costs.
